We partnered with Rogers Insulation for a large roof replacement project for 160 condominium units. The project also included correcting 60-year-old ventilation issues in the attic spaces. The project required pre-inspection for combustion testing, installation of new insulation, domes over the attic openings and close-out combustion testing for 160 units. The conditions were less than favorable, the attic spaces were over 100 degrees at times, and access was thru a small hatch.
Rogers performed the work, on schedule every day, with no complaints. The crews were considerate of the residents living in the units during the project. John Taglienti, his office support staff and his crews were always professional and committed to getting everything corrected even if it required additional work on their end.
Being in this industry for 20+ years and having to deal with vendors day in and day out, there simply aren’t enough superlatives to say how great Rogers Insulation is! We highly recommend John and his team and would most certainly use them again.
